Interesting

I hate it when I don't feel safe in my own home.

Tonight it's two young kids in a parked car in front of my house with the parking lights on for about an hour and a half now.  Well that's how long we 'know' they've been there.  After about a half hour Paul called the police and about five min before they got here the two, a boy and girl got out and walked west out of our view.  Paul decided to go into work late because he didn't feel safe, neither did I.  Just as Paul was leaving for work the police showed up.  He talked to them.  They came back to the car and the police rolled up on them again and talked to the female then left.  They are still sitting in the car, in front of my mailbox with the parking lights on.  It's thundering, lightening, and pouring rain.

Sigh...

So I am not in bed.  One, because of the thunderstorm.  They don't bother me like the used to but since I am currently home alone with the boys during the night, I get a little more nervous with them.  Luckily, the boys sleep through them.  Two, the car is STILL parked out front.  I wish they would go away.

In other news...

We are excited for spring.  The boys have spent every decent day after school outside until I get home from work!  Let my babies run!  I fell in love with my daffodils this year.  The boys had a pretty quiet Easter, nothing to exciting.  I had a good Mother's day though Matthew decided to go to bed sick the night before.  Turns out the poor boy has a sinus and ear infections.  Making him take liquid meds it like holding a cat down to clip her nails.

Well, the car is finally gone from in front of my house and the storm is passing.  It's not that bad.  So I am going to try to get my beauty sleep.  Lord knows I need it!
