Surgery in the near future

So results are in... David is going to need surgery.  How soon we don't know yet.  The meeting between the cardiologist and surgeons happens Monday afternoon.  Our cardiologist will get a hold of me next week.  We are trying to decided if we do it right before Thanksgiving, between Thanksgiving and Christmas or just after the first of the year.  I'm rooting for the first week of December but it will NOT wait until spring.  We do know that much.  Here are some pictures of what his current issues are.

Don't know what to make of it really... Worried for one.
